Due to strong demand, planarTECH's sample production partner - Graphene Platform - is currently upgrading it's lab to increase capacity. As part of this lab upgrade, Graphene Platform is selling a slightly used 4" CVD system for graphene production.

The price is US$50,000 and is sold Ex Works from Yokohama, Japan with a limited 3-month warranty. This system was just commissioned in July 2012, so it is still in excellent condition. Photos of the system and a more detailed spec are below. In addition, this offer also includes:

1) A Supply of copper foil suitable for graphene growth (100 sheets, 20x20mm x 100);
2) Two days of training at Graphene Platform's applications lab in Yokohama, Japan (excluding travel costs);
3) A baseline graphene growth recipe
4) Graphene reference samples on Cu foil (5 pieces, 50x50mm)
